GCQ型自清洗(xi)(xi)式水(shui)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)由(you)殼(ke)體、多元濾(lv)(lv)芯(xin)、反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)機構、電控箱、減速機、電動閥門和(he)差壓控制(zhi)器(qi)等部分組成。殼(ke)體內(nei)的(de)橫隔(ge)板(ban)將其內(nei)腔(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)分為上、下兩腔(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)(qiang),上腔(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)內(nei)配有(you)多個過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)芯(xin),這樣充分利用了過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)空(kong)間,顯(xian)著縮小了過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)的(de)體積,下腔(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)內(nei)安裝有(you)反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)吸盤。工作時(shi),濁液經(jing)入(ru)口進(jin)入(ru)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)下腔(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)(qiang),又經(jing)隔(ge)板(ban)孔進(jin)入(ru)濾(lv)(lv)芯(xin)的(de)內(nei)腔(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)。大(da)于過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)芯(xin)縫隙的(de)雜(za)質被截(jie)留,凈液穿過(guo)(guo)(guo)縫隙到達上腔(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)(qiang),最后從出(chu)口送(song)出(chu)。
本過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器濾(lv)(lv)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)采(cai)用高強度的(de)Johnson楔形(xing)濾(lv)(lv)網(wang)(wang),通過(guo)壓(ya)差控制、定(ding)時(shi)控制自動清洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)。當過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器內雜質積聚在濾(lv)(lv)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)表面引起進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)差增大(da)到設定(ding)值(zhi),一般設定(ding)值(zhi)為0.04MPa,或(huo)(huo)定(ding)時(shi)器達到預置(zhi)時(shi)間(jian)時(shi),電動控制箱發(fa)出(chu)信(xin)號,驅動反(fan)沖洗(xi)機構。當反(fan)沖洗(xi)吸(xi)盤口(kou)(kou)與濾(lv)(lv)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)進(jin)口(kou)(kou)正(zheng)對時(shi),排污(wu)閥打開,此時(shi)系統泄壓(ya)排水(shui),吸(xi)盤與濾(lv)(lv)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)內側(ce)出(chu)現一個相(xiang)對壓(ya)力(li)低(di)于(yu)濾(lv)(lv)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)外側(ce)水(shui)壓(ya)的(de)負(fu)壓(ya)區,迫(po)使(shi)部分凈(jing)水(shui)從(cong)濾(lv)(lv)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)外側(ce)流(liu)(liu)入濾(lv)(lv)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)內側(ce),吸(xi)附在濾(lv)(lv)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)內壁上的(de)雜質微粒(li)隨水(shui)流(liu)(liu)進(jin)吸(xi)盤內并(bing)從(cong)排污(wu)閥排出(chu)。特殊設計的(de)Johnson網(wang)(wang)使(shi)得濾(lv)(lv)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)內部產生噴(pen)射效果,任何雜質都(dou)將(jiang)被從(cong)光滑(hua)的(de)內壁上沖走。當過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)差恢復(fu)正(zheng)常或(huo)(huo)定(ding)時(shi)器設定(ding)時(shi)間(jian)結束,電機停止運(yun)轉,電動排污(wu)閥關閉(bi)。整個過(guo)程中(zhong),物(wu)料(liao)不斷流(liu)(liu),反(fan)洗(xi)耗水(shui)量少,實現了連續(xu)化,自動化生產。
